The HEPA and ULPA filter division, with the most modern automated assembly equipment - RAMPF Production Systems GmbH & Co. KG, FANUC Europe Corporation S.A., etc., as well as filter testing systems (EN 1822) and materials - AFS 150 (TOPAS, GmbH), located in a clean room of class ISO 7.
The general ventilation filter division, having in its arsenal an automated pocket welding line, as well as a fully automated conveyor line for the final assembly of pocket filters, is capable of producing a wide range of high-quality filters of confirmed quality. Thanks to the presence of the ALF 114 tester (TOPAS, GmbH), we carry out not only primary testing of the filter material, but also the finished filter (EN 779, ISO 16890), accompanying each batch of filters* with the test results.
Also, our accredited testing laboratory has the ability to carry out a full range of tests of filters and filter material, for compliance with GOST R EN 779 and GOST R EN 1822, on the most modern equipment.
